Review Of Hotel O Manori Resort

The hotel manager was rude wasn't letting us checkin and denied the policy written in the mmt page that visitors are allowed, took extra 2250rs to allow them to enter, rooms were dirty, no towel were provided, washroom wasn't clean, door locks were broken, no proper water supply, ac was super old and noisy

I had booked 2 rooms over there and at the time of checkin they just gave me a single room that too in a pathetic condition room was uncleaned and it was in a very bad shape dogs poop was at our door step it was stinking like hell and they just say we don't have a hk right now we can't help it

Ac not working because of not we dont stay here and book another resort room and also room was not clean

rooms are not good, bed is bent and mattresses is also not good and stinky. blanket is small for two. lights and tv are not working.pool party is awesome. nice music. oyo booking has only room fare. they charged 2300 for food and pool as you need to take entire package. food is average. overall below average experience.

Hello its kunalsingh dadiyala, after the confirmation booking & reaching to the hotel the reception person said booking is cancel-led and didnt given the room. After reaching so late at night we had no choice to pay him extra amount rs 1000 for another room note - check in was denied by hotel people after having a confirm booking hotel people said booking is cancel-led we highly depressed from kunalsingh dadiyala. This property which i booked don't have trained staff neither they any sign board on road to locate the place so its very difficult at night to reach the place though reception person was available on phone to guide the root he was rude. Basic needs of soap was given in the morning after 7am rest bedsheet and pillow cover was smelling bad and no comlimentry water bottle for drinking was offered and plastic glass and paper dish was given without spoon on request to eat dinner we have taken parcel from outside. Do make my trip really think this place is really good to stay

The staff over there treat online bookings. They try to get either a cash booking churn them out. The room was pathetic lights not working. Totally unsupportive nature

No towel. No t. V. No cleaning room bed sheets pilot cover. Better remove such hotels from your list so that it should not give negative thoughts on your company name. We go blindly to stay on your name, if hotel who doesn't have facilities of tv, bath towel, hot water, door mate, intercom, andtop of that try to charge extra money

Room was bad, adjacent room connected to each other, in-between 2 rooms door is fixed. Voice coming frm other adjacent room. Pool was nice, food is also good.

Don't get misguided seeing the pics of rooms, what you get in very different. I booked deluxe room which was very cosy doesn't seem deluxe.No safety precautions, no thermal check done, no staff wearing masks, uncleaned rooms. Didn't liked it all. Unhygienic as rooms where not clean bed sheet was torn and old, blankets were dirty, would suggest to carry your own. Complimentary breakfast we got only 1 bowl poha and tea for 2 and which can't be refilled again. Food was good though. No intercom in rooms but they mention in description it's there. I don't Know how oyo is managing this property.

It's an average hotel, super effordable clean n nit need to improve some things food was fine, service was pretty good location is also fine need to invest in good comfortable mattress
