they demanded extra money from me for ac room Rooms are also dirty and they don't deal with customers properly.

this is an OYO and it is in a very remote area. not good for female occupants or family. they did not allowed to check in after 10 pm.

Most disgusting hotel ever i found. They charge extra without any reason. Worst location. They don't clean the room, bathroom has no mirror. Full dirty room. Don't go there at any cost.

Hotel asking extra money. And whatever extra amount you paid, the hotel does not provide you the bill. I was unable to claim extra money from you because of that.

Very bad behaviour of receptionist. I was booking the hotel and i have gone in hotel then said to me paid 1000 extra. I am not stay in hotel because they demand extra charges

We were traveling to kolkata to attend a wedding. In-spite of having a booking via mm t and all relevant documents the manager asked for additional 1000rupees without which check in was not allowed. The place gave the sense of shady affair. We were not allowed to checkin without the extra 1000 rupees. We witnessed atleast 5guests being treated similarly. We decided not to stay and wanted to booking amount to be refunded which was not done either. They are looting people. Make my trip should review these hotels as we will tell all out friends and in social media against booking this way.

I have booked the tickets online for one night and paid the full amount. The time i entered the hotel for check in, they were asking to pay the extra amount for the room otherwise they will not allow for check in. I have informed the customer care department regarding the issues. Neither they resolved the issue nor have they provided the alternate hotels. I have checked in after 3hours of waiting while paying extra charges.

This hotel not good and all staff behaviour not good

Unprofessional behavior, rude staffs, we didn't get to stay here because we booked in a "low tariff" as per the hotel staff and they won't allow us to stay in their hotel. The hotel staffs asked us to cancel the booking and do a walk in in order to get a room. Worst experience ever! book any hotel, any! just not this one. One last piece of information, all of this was happening @10:30 in the night. Just imagine the kind of harassment we went through after a journey of 8 hrs.

First of all we were not allowed to check in, despite of paying full payment and insurance. We provided original documents in the counter, documents that were agreed upon by the airport as well. This guy was continuously saying that we want the one that is not laminated and is from the post office. We said him that, the lamination is provided so that the colour doesn't fade off. Yet he argued and said us that we can't stay and we should go somewhere else and find someplace else to live. We called the customer care aso and even they did not help, after a hectic flight i had to face these issue. I wasn't allowed to stay, and the service was just pathetic and i will share experience on twitter as well as facebook and google reviews so that people don't make the mistake of booking this place. Also the manager said that they are not under any policy agreement they make they make their own rules.

Please don't book this hotel again its an worst hotel in kolkata

Good to stay but food not good
