Worst rooms and no cleaning and there is a lot of dust and no buckets and mugs in restroom. Worst maintenance

Feel that the room is not worthy for the price which I paid. Too costly

Amazing staff, good stay for temporary stay

I hate the stay here, it's a horrible place.
This is the worst experience. I'm a traveller and I visit many places. Recently one of my friend suggested me to book hotel but my first experience with them was horrible. There were lizards and cockroaches. They said it's in good location on put cherry but this is on a highway Road. I wouldn't have given it one star also.

I was on a business trip to MGMC. This was nearby.
Nice place to stay. A good budget hotel. There are few places where one can eat. They have in-house restaurant as well.

Food quality is not good. Wash room has to be repaired and replaced with new materials. Even the cup is also damaged. AC is not working well. Service is good. Staff behaviour is also good. Nice location.

Never book a deluxe room here. Better go for an A/C room, that has the same features for half the price. Food is an issue as there are no restaurants nearby. There is a small mess of sorts nearby, that too doesn't have any tea or coffee and do not serve dinner.

Hotel is situated outer pondycherry near Cuddalore, no restaurant was there and didn't mention this at the time of booking, we had food outside. Air conditioner was not up to the mark was really hot inside the room

Room which we stayed even don't have sheets, the room doesn't have kettle, hot water or heater is not there we want to ask them for both drinking hot water and for bathing. Room has fridge but no use. It's very far from the exact location of Pondicherry its more than 17 km. It's totally waste of time for us each every time to travel here to there. Not satisfied.

Not very happy for a couple of reasons. First, their own restaurant was closed and hence food options were very limited as it had to be brought from other restaurants. Second, no free wi-fi offered even though it showed as an available option at the time of booking. Third, poor room service, we had to self help ourselves for water and plates. Will definitely not visit again.
