Very horrible hotel and unhygienic comdition

The place is pathetic I didn't even stayed for more than 20 mins washroom were dirty doors were broken fans were not working bedsheets were dirty. And after all the staff was arrogant. Denied to refund.

I pre-booked this hotel for my travel convenience, but my train got delayed for some reasons. Because of that, i informed the hotel staff through customer service that there would be a delay in my check-in. I arrived four hours late, but when i reached the hotel, the receptionist told me there were no more rooms left. I spoke to customer service as well, but they were also unable to get a room available for me.

There's a relaxed feel, and the atmosphere is soft.

Absolutely wonderful stay! the service was outstanding.

Bad hotel, arrogant staff demanding extra amount

बहुत ही बेकार होटल है कर्मचारियों को व्यवहार बहुत बुरा है भूलकर भी इस होटल में स्टे ना करें अलग से पैसे की डिमांड की जाती है कहा जाता है कि बुकिंग पर जो अमाउंट है वह काम है हमको और ज्यादा पैसा चाहिए

Because of rate variation he is asking for 1000 rs and my booking if of rs 459 so he doesn't allow e check in

All services are very bad. Tv is not starting, room is not clean, bedsheet and blankets are dirty. Tawel is missing. Food and beverages are not available when needed. Helpless stay, small washroom and soap is missing

Room is not that much spacious, but ok for solo traveller, as per the price you expect little more, but considering the locality and shortage it's little ok.

Dirty toilet, found used condoms in bathroom, empty bear bottle in cupboard, no water in bathroom after many request upto next day problem not solved, i ordered tea at 8 am. But received tea at 12. 30 pm, i ordered allu pranthas for breakfast and they supplied pranthas from local street vendors was very salty, i asked where you made this pranthas they said in hotel kitchen but i enquired waiter about pranthas he said they ordered it from. Local street vendor, toilet seat was unhygienic, we done early checkin by paying 30 % extra and asked them to change old sheets n pillow cover but staaf manager was just making fool of us by asking thier staff to clean room n change sheets, nobody come n change sheet n clean the room, was very worst situation we got.

The management refused to provide breakfast in spite of it being included in my tariff. Also room and toilet hygiene was too bad. Not recommended for anyone.

In MMT describe that room is classic but hotel decline to check-in classic room. They provide me normal third class room. Too third class hotel never stay at here no parking facility is available here. Room size also too small.

It's nice and clean rooms and bathroom near to Uttam Nagar West metro station.
