Terrible Stay
I was not allowed in there and my money was not refunded. Contacted several times but they did not arrange me elsewhere and did not refund my money. Very very bad. I will never stay again.

Charging extra money offline
They charged us extra money when we had already booked from the mmt app, even though we told them that we'll be there for a few hours like 6, 7 hrs, they could have refund some of the amount but they didn't and the receptionist wasn't polite. It felt like he wasn't interested sitting there and all.

No good hospitality also we had to give extra charge of 1350 after online payments little bit felt like we were scam. But as it was already late and little bit under the town so had to stay. No chair no table

Dirty room
Bed sheets pillowcase quilt cover very dirty. It seems they has not changed it from so many days. Mattres was also damaged very uncomfortable to sleep sunken at the middle portion.

Very nice service provided by hotel staff. Breakfast was not so good otherwise it's a great place for accommodation.

It was a good stay. However, I feel the price was too exorbitant for the property. Would have got it at less price if I did the booking earlier.

Worst attitude of reception fellow Kapoor
soloHorrible. Experience I had ever. The reception boy is arrogant, uncooperative and behaves rudely. Please avoid. This hotel for him. Otherwise. Good hotel.
