Additionally, the location shown on the app was incorrect, causing significant inconvenience. Upon reaching the hotel, we encountered extremely poor service. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude at all times, making our stay highly unpleasant. Furthermore, when we reached out to your customer support team for assistance, we received no proper help, which added to our distress. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and i request a prompt resolution to this matter. I expect an explanation for the incorrect listing, a formal apology for the inconvenience caused, and appropriate compensation for the trouble we faced. Please look into this issue urgently and revert at the earliest.
