Facilities are very poor. Acording to facilities Charges are very high. I book for two persons but they provide one double bed

Average Stay
Location is very close to Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport Lucknow. Road condition leading to the hotel is poor. Clean room & toilet however. Reception staff (manager) is very polite and hospitable. Breakfast is served only after 8 am.

Only for cheaper Optio
familyIt's a new hotel without a kitchen facility with very few staff struggling to help the customers. Rooms are comparatively smaller with no amenities. This I felt mostly due to lack of experience. We stayed for 2 days but no cleaning was done nor anyone asked. The manager was happy to help but he has limitations. Not value for money.
