very bad experience as it was all fake about amenities. no electric kettle no drainage pipe dirty blanket but we were helpless as it was late and were with a 2 year old child

We had booked a hotel named silver key, but upon checking the app, it displayed hotel o guest house instead. Additionally, the location shown on the app was incorrect, causing significant inconvenience. Upon reaching the hotel, we encountered extremely poor service. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and rude at all times, making our stay highly unpleasant. Furthermore, when we reached out to your customer support team for assistance, we received no proper help, which added to our distress. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and i request a prompt resolution to this matter. I expect an explanation for the incorrect listing, a formal apology for the inconvenience caused, and appropriate compensation for the trouble we faced. Please look into this issue urgently and revert at the earliest.

Name of hotel in make my trip not updated as per hotel's current name. Hotel poorly managed. Doors are broken at the latch and not repaired. Bathrooms are not repaired. No drinking water available in the hotel even when trying to buy. No slippers, no towels, no paste, no brush or other bathroom items. Dirty pillow covers. No mosquito prevention kits like all out. Broken wires in room

Had a terrible experience in this property. Hard to find the hotel, no assistance provided in moving in and moving out the luggage, no water bottle provided, no towel, no clean linens provided. I would have rated 0 if there was any such option available.

Room, bedsheet, pillow etc was all dirty and staff was not listening. Water was also not available to buy.

Each employee behaved kindly, and they always gave me a warm greeting. They provide good care for all of their needs. Only a phone call separated us.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of all major attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable.

It's the most disappointing hotel i booked for family purpose. The room was not at all in good condition, there was smoke smell in whichever rooms they were showing and also they have not divided the zone, and owner has no way of talking, he is arrogant and asks for more money always.
