Review Of Hotel O Global Radiance

Hotel global rediance was pathetic and very poor service. I was booked the hotel on mm t but hotel said i have to pay 1000 rupees more for ac service even i booked ac rooms when i give the complain mmt customer care said wait out side of the hotel for 45 minutes but i was waited more then 3 hrs. After 3-4 hrs. Mmt customer care sift my booking to other hotel and 2 km fare from there so very very poor service by mm t also

I have paid the charges at time of booking still they charged rs 300 on the name of room tarrif.

The hotel location was great as it was within walking distance from the main mahipalpur highway also the hotel had good parking spaces. The room provided was clean and spacious along with a decent bed with all basic facilities. A table and a chair in the room were very helpful to do office work. The to-do office work, the washroom was clean and had all basic toiletries and also had a working geyser.

My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable, the hotel had clean exterior and safe parking space but the hotel had different name signage on its exterior so it was a bit difficult to identify the hotel because there were many hotels in the surrounding, reception was clean and ambience was good, the staff member at the reception was well groomed and helpful with check-in formalities. Room was small but had a well laid bed and other basic amenities. Washroom had a hot/cold water arrangement and other basic toiletries. The room had all basic facilities like led tv, air conditioner and telephone. Overall good stay.
