    Toilet aur gun water leaking. Even though 3 Rd floor free ,we were instructed to stay in 4 th floor which is top floor heating area . No friendly manar ,

    Excellent customer service. Haven't faced anykind of difficulties from the hotel side. Could include much more food items in their menu, but that's fine. Couple friendly stay and nice room with clean bathroom.

    The room is not at all clean, and all walls are colour faded

    First the welcoming is not at all good, 2nd, ac is not working, full of dust in. The ac, third, there is no hot water facility’s, 4th, to start tv it will take 2 hr, 5th, under ground hotel restaurant no proper food facilities we went outside for dinner, mainly the hospitality is not at all good, the only good think is fan is working
