Water problem is there. Very salty water. Sometime you don't have water in tap. Big issue for me. Staff is good.

Some staff is rude behavior
I want to suggest everyone, when you come Surat, stay here you would feel very good room and friendly reception staff. but some staff is rude behavior. and one-day electricity has gone morning to evening.

Nice location, good room, poor cleanliness, small bathroom, broken glasses under bed, vomit smell in room, service was ok. Staff attitude poor. Breakfast was a joke.

coupleThere are plenty of better options available for accommodation in Surat, the rooms are like a plain white box with minimal furniture. No closet or a proper dressing table, cheap and stained sheets.

Excellent Stay
Clean room, helpful staff and located at peaceful location away from city center. All this was available at a reasonable price so I can say it was a nice stay.
