Lords stay wasn’t good at all. Bed sheets, towels were too bad, room wasn’t clean. It was smelling. Staff wasn’t cooperative. Food was also not that great

Lords Plaza Surat is a very good hotel.Food including both veg and non veg is extremely delicious and well presented in both breakfast and dinner buffets.Room was very neat and spacious with all necessary things in the room and toiletries in washroom.Lift security was superb as it allowed to open at the respective floor with room key access only.Was a pleasant stay.Would love to visit again.

It's not a great hotel 1. Rooms were clean, but the view of the room was not good for the money I paid. 2. In the restaurant there was a dead house fly. 3. Vada was tasting sour 4. The attendants in the restaurant needed reminders even for spoon and fork. Overall quality of experience was not good. It's better to pay a more and go to reputed hotels in the city.
