Poor Stay
The property is in most crowded part The charge more than 5 star hotels, water bottle it is pure loot. The room they gave me was the same as shown in make my trip booking but still the manager said he had upgraded me to club room. There was no need to lie, I never asked for an upgrade. The worst part was the dining experience at buffet in roof top restaurant. The food quality was pathetic, better order from Swiggy or Zomato

It was a good experience room. The only problem is having a very less option in breakfast particularly for the Jain food. And also hygiene is not maintained well in Breakfast serving.

overall very good, one of my favourite hotel stay in Surat..but 1109 Room No...TV was not operating always restarted..Need to check n fix the error

Stayed there for 2 nights on an official trip. One of the few non veg options in the range at Surat as I came to know from my friends . Open air restaurant at roof top which serves a decent buffet. Overall,stay was pleasant

Got the room at 11th floor and there was no elevator till 11th floor,and after my request for change of floor,they didn’t change it

Terrible Stay
Lords stay wasn’t good at all. Bed sheets, towels were too bad, room wasn’t clean. It was smelling. Staff wasn’t cooperative. Food was also not that great

Excellent Stay
Lords Plaza Surat is a very good hotel.Food including both veg and non veg is extremely delicious and well presented in both breakfast and dinner buffets.Room was very neat and spacious with all necessary things in the room and toiletries in washroom.Lift security was superb as it allowed to open at the respective floor with room key access only.Was a pleasant stay.Would love to visit again.
