I booked room in this hotel on make my trip and reached hotel at 08.00pm. when i entered hotel the first look itself was very disgusting due to maintenance. But thought room will be well maitained and checked in the room. But the room was not maitained well properly and even room did not had the lock. it was accessible to anyone if they had the room card. Also the wash was also very dirty. Hem i approached receptionist on this issue, he reply was take it or leave it. I informed him to refund but he refused to refund. It is my humble request to Make My Trip to remove this hotel from your list.

Location, food are good.. But toilet doors are not working properly.. And there was no television, even after asking for that.. You will get services only of you book from make my trip because i have extended my booking for one day with same package offline... But they refuse to give breakfast which was included in previous package.. Stating "wo service online book karne par hi milegi"

Plus - Location although 10 KMS from Railway Station but located in good Locality if you can go that far. Minus - Room Size Tiny that means small se bhi chota. Room walls are visibily Dirty, they have not been painted for years. TV doesn't work. There are 2 separate Washrooms inside the room, one for bathing the other one for nature calls. I have not seen such kind of washroom in my life. The Washroom for bathing doesn't have a soap holder even. Toiletries are very bad in quality. Overall I paid for 2 nights which was actually a loss. Won't ever go again to The Park Infinity Surat.
