Later, you requested a refund because your work location was far from the hotel. Since the booking was confirmed and the room had already been used, cancellation or refund was not possible as per hotel policy. The photos you uploaded were taken after room use — the dustbin image clearly shows waste generated during your stay, not the room’s condition at check-in.
