Highway View… and Highway Noise All Night

Beautiful property, well-maintained, clean, with ample parking and a good dinner buffet. BUT – the rooms are practically on the highway, so you get 24x7 free traffic noise and zero sleep. When I requested a quieter room, reception simply said, no effort to help. Washroom had minimal amenities, and basics had to be requested like special favors. Checkout was the grand finale — machine “not working” for 5 days, Diners “pretend swipe” that clearly doesn’t go through, and a counter team that treated customer inconvenience For the high price paid, I expected Radisson’s comfort and service — got neither. Won’t be back.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Stay was good with nice room view and vibe. Food at the hotel was good. Amenities are less as compared to other hotels. Need improvement in developing more amenities and need to increase size of swimming pool.
