Our management clearly informed you that such requests are not allowed under hotel policy, and nominal charges for extra guests are standard at all hotels. Despite this, you stayed and used our facilities. It is unfair to leave a negative review solely due to a policy-related charge, while ignoring the quality of your stay. We maintain clean AC rooms, 24x7 front desk, CCTV security, local ID acceptance, free Wi-Fi, and friendly staff.
