good serivece and very good behaviour and wondrful area ,very near to station , staff's behaviour is also nice.

The rooms were ok, but mirror was broken, tap leakages and buckets in the bathroom were quite old.

Rooms are full of bed bugs. Property is not as it is shown in the pictures. Food is average. not much amenities.

Best place for work related stays... Staff of the hotel being quite normal. Not so friendly nor annoying. They meant their business and I meant mine. Room was decent, cleaning was also done twice during my three nights stay. But they only gave me a single half litre of complimentary water bottle for 3 nights stay. Apart from that everything was fine.

Hello, i booked two rooms for my sister and brother in law's family. At the time of check in they said they don't have any booking details, even after showing payment receipt and booking ids references, he was so stubborn and not allowing. After communicating makemytrip he got convinced and agreed to give one room instead of two. After lots of discussion and harrasment they got two rooms after 1 and half hours. Seriously hotel staff is arrogant and misbehave. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel in any circumstances. Mittal malsunda

The property is at prime location and clean. The staff is very supportive. They adjusted our room requirement and provided the same.

they are not provided inside food infect wait time for food due to ordering food from out side and over charges

Overall it's good but the size shown in the photo and actual size is different and the washroom is also small. So according to the budget it's good and affordable.

Room is not clear, blanket also not wash, pillow cover not wash, bathroom very very poor, no complimentary water, toothbrush, soap also it’s not hotel, local room, again to again to much bade hotel, already i inform your team, next time i am not using make my trip
