Hotel was cool and ambience was good. The housekeepers were unprofessional and service was terrible.

Location is good,easily accessible, courteous staff, food is good not sweet like Gujarati food, although they provide gujarati dishes as well...clean and decent property

recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the room service. I had to call three times just to get a towel delivered, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. The staff seemed unresponsive and slow to address basic requests. Overall, the service needs major improvement for a better guest experience.

Room was just okay. Bathroom toiletries were in place but there was toilet seat cover was broken & dead rat smell was there. Hotel tarrif was high. Overall stay was not value for money.

I had a very poor experience at Element Hotel. The property doesn’t feel suitable for a family stay — the overall atmosphere felt quite eerie and uncomfortable. Housekeeping services were below expectations. One more important point: if you’re traveling by car, please note that the hotel does not have parking facilities, so you’ll need to make your own parking arrangements.

I was on my official tour to surat. Check in early without any issue and also checkout late yet no issue...Other hotels starts reminding 2 hrs prior...it was a pleasant stay..

The hotel is good new property 1 years old only staff has to be trained more in the morning the buffet serving is not too good and just 1 little thing if everyone agrees for that is there timings are good for buffet so they should prepare and keep everything ready which maximum times were not ready and they play there prayers in the breakfast which is good but if a loud volume why everyone likes to in the morning for peace and prosperity that is very important also but then when the guest in the hotel wants to get comfortable for them you should play soft instrumentals. But in the end, the decision is of the hotel owner. But over all hotel is very good. Thank you.

The hotel was Good, the room was decent. Breakfast was good but not so good. I've rated the average just because of the food. The taste of food in the dinner was not up to the mark and items in the menu are limited. Few items are not available in that limited menu. Although the stay was Good.

Apart from location and proximity to station, considering the cost, it was ok. Didn’t standout. Overall ok.

I stayed here for a night and had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and quick, the staff was polite and welcoming, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful sleep. Amenities were well maintained, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. The breakfast spread in the morning was fresh and tasty, making the stay even better. Overall, a great place for both short and long stays – highly recommended!

surrounding is very bad and smelling. very old bed which spoiled our entire stay terrible. finally buffet breakfast is not as expected for the money they charge. limited and not quality

Location is Good and very east to reach from Surat Railway and Bus Stop. Food quality is very nice and all needed amenities are available in room.

It's a very good place to stay in Surat. close to the railway station. all the restaurants are nearby, you can get rikshaw, taxis easily outside the hotel itself. The staff is polite. The rooms are neat and tidy. breakfast is also good with enough options. recommended for families and business travelers, solo travelers.
