My stay was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was courteous, the facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would consider returning.

I stayed at Limra Hotel, Surat for 3 days, but the experience was very disappointing. On all 3 days, I faced issues that were not taken seriously by the hotel staff. The night front desk officer, was extremely rude and arrogant. He did not know how to speak with customers and kept arguing instead of helping. On the first day, I informed the morning shift staff about the strong cigarette smoke smell in the room and requested cleaning, but nothing was done. The phone in the room was not working, and we had to go down to the reception every time for even small issues. Overall, very poor service and no attention to customer problems. Totally not worth the money. I do not recommend this hotel.

Pros - 1. Room was nice, very clean and had all the basic amenities. 2. Very near to the station and market 3. Staff was helpful, cordial 4. Bed cot was non spring one which is better for sleep. Cons - 1. The room i was allotted did not lock, essentially anybody could have opened it. 2. Service phone dialpad was not working 3. Mobile phone network is an issue in the hotel 4. My tv was defective all the cons are something which can be addressed. But as i had very limited time at the hotel and did not carry any valuable, i was not affected by the cons. So overall 4/5

this hotel is in prime location. room was clean. they allowed early checking as well. even tea was also good here. over all experience was better than my expectations.

Good location and clean hotel, room is a bit small but overall peaceful stay. Don't forget to get breakfast at gopal loccho opposite to this location.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances and not avilibilty of my cystomer he cancel-led my appointment due to which i cancel-led my trip to surat as well as stay. But i am not getting refund. I expect atleast 50% refund of booking as i have done booking today @ 12. 50 pm and cancel-ling @ 5. 00 pm

Very kind staff. The room is good and very clean but tiny. Room service is excellent. Everyday they clean the room and change the bed spread, towels etc. Complimentary breakfast is very good.
