HOTEL MONARCH

Actually this hotel feels like a Lodge and the Internet is not working properly and the TV is also not working properly and No water bottle to drink and No Towel and No kits (For E.g. Shampoo and Toothbrush and Toothpaste) and No water supply in the bathroom in the early morning. All the basic facilities are not available how can we assume this is a hotel and Room Structure is also not good i mean average and Room A/C is also works like an Average. Terrible to Stay here.

The check-in was not smooth. The receptionist guys gave me a weird look when I requested for a check-in, they didn't had any details of my booking, not sure how. The rooms allotted were very small in size and no basic amenities like Soap, Towel etc. The bed smelled like cigarette smoke and was untidy. The bathroom was not having a proper flush and the faucet was leaking. The window drawers were full of traces of cigrette buds.

Rooms Are Small...No proper facility to hang clothes in bathroom...Very Small Bathroom...Big Holes on the bathroom door so people can see us from outside...And Mainly Not Family Friendly!!

The room is very smal in deluxe room and there are no mirrors in the bathroom. Also bathroom is very small and does not have space to keep toiletries near to wash basin. No space to hang towel or clothes in the bathroom. Dim light cannot be switched off and fan is always on, no switch to turn these off .
