Hotel Balwas Surat

I would like to say staff was good but the thing is AC which was not working properly otherwise overall it’s good

No drinking water as complimentary as in almost every hotels No breakfast poor service no phone working in rooms no adequate staff

No flash working in toilet did not have hanger in toilet to hand towel and did not have proper breakfast as there was no restaurant which was working. I have to shift two times to different rooms in two days stay. Hotel not maintained as said.

This hotel is good but need to improve the maintenance as some of equipment got old and not working like flush and shower

Terrible, bedsheet had holes, ac was not working, gate handle was broken. There was bad smell in the room

Rooms were clean. Good location. Staff behavior was good. Even hospitality was good. Food was good.

Hotel balwas has always been a clean and decent place to stay. It is very near to railway station and bus stand.

Horrible experience staying at balwas. The pictures that were uploaded and reality was quite different. The breakfast was the same every day. Hygiene was very poor. Kitchen was very dirty. Reception person was good other staff people weren’t. Would not recommend anyone to stay

Hotel balwas is located very near to railway station. Breakfast provided is of good quality and is prepared everyday. Apart from this, the staff is courteous and room service provided is prompt.

Find through make my trip. Very near to railway station, st bu stand and new text-tile market. Rooms are very clean, provided hotwater, ac, chairs and more space available

The location is perfect hope ut had a restraunt. Though they allowed swiggy zomato and they had room service too service was very good i was a little uncomfortable first 2 days in the room i stayed but then the manager and hotel staff was very cooperative and changed my room. I had an extended stay too. Thanks team balwas

Hotel premises are very good. Staff behaviour and room service is excellent. Specially hotel staff are very humble with co-operative nature. Bus hotel wall se guzarish hai bathroom ke shower thik karwa lein.

I really got more than my expectations in hotel balwas near surat railway station. Everything was fine and excellent. Good nature d receptionist and best services on single call. Affordable price, neat and clean rooms, hygienic washroom. I really appreciate the effort of good service towards us by all the staff of balwas hotel. Worth of money at this place.
