The location is perfect hope ut had a restraunt. Though they allowed swiggy zomato and they had room service too service was very good i was a little uncomfortable first 2 days in the room i stayed but then the manager and Hotel Balwas Surat staff was very cooperative and changed my room. I had an extended stay too. Thanks team balwas
