Pathetic behaviour of hotel staf
The behaviour of the receptionist is pathetic. He talked in such a way that we are his slaves and he is doing some favour letting us stay in the hotel. this type of behaviour is not acceptable.

one of the best hotel.
this hotel, has the level of a 4 star hotel, with the price of a 3 stars. professional and polite staff. clean room, good food. good choice for your business trip. good wifi, got working desk and chair, high quality bed. also got laundry service. there is one thing that other hotels do not have - the not disturb button inside the room that you can disable the room bell so you can have really nice sleep. you can have similar thing, but only in 4 5 stars hotel. 100% I will come back

Best Comfort Stay at Comfort Hotel
Hotel Comfort was the best choice for my business trip to Surat. The location is very near to the railway station, bus station. There is parking for the hotel and I was able to park the car. the best part of my stay is the staffs, All are welcoming and very helpul. Every time we see a staff, he smiles and greets us. The room were I stayed was clean and neat. The bathroom were big enough, clean too. The room service was also good. We have breakfast free with the stay and they have separate cafeteria for Breakfast, unllike other hotels i stayed. Breakfast was buffet with atleast 6 to 7 different dishes. Tea and coffee were served and we also have fruits, breads, biscuts, juice etc one thing i noticed is the professionalism of the staffs. They have certain level of staffs, supervisors etc. highly recommended safe and comfort stay.
