Hotel Citizen - Near Surat Railway Station

Rooms are too cozy not suitable for family of 2 adult 2 children.

Room is not clean and also not as per showings MMT image so I don’t referred

Room is ok, washrooms are ok, near to the junction and bus stand. Overall my experience is average.

The place was good, staff was also kind. The things I didn't like is the bathroom had no lock from inside, the commode was leaking, there was no hot water, they had a restaurant but food was not made there we had to order our dinner from outside and sit and eat there. Also we had to pay in cash to get out dinner first hand we can't pay later. So overall a poor experience if you say

Rooms were clean and room service was good. Both hot and cold water available for use. Breakfast and lunch were also good. location is inward, hotel should message google map location after booking confirmation to the traveller as it is just walking distance

Hotel was in decent space, but rooms were average. Staff was quite cooperative and inviting! but some small things in the room infrastructure were an eyesore. All over, not bad, but not great value for money

Hotel citizen is very good hotel in the prime location with friendly staff & a very good restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is also very good with many options. Rooms & the hotel is clean n neat with good room service. Drive way to opposite hotel velet parking is overall superb experience.

I have given 5 star because of below points. Good neat and clean room. Staff are good trained. Service is great. Amenity provided are good. I use to always stay in different hotel but this time i thought to change the hotel and my decision was right i got the right place to stay. If you like to stay at good place than this is one of them.

The stay went very hustle free, staff are helpful and generous. Food at their restaurant is really tasty. Room size and cleaning standards are great. A must visit property.

It's not value for money. Pipe fittings are not good

Worst facility, unhygienic room and poor toilet, uncivilized, arrogant and non professional staff not recommended to stay in this hotel. Absolute waste of money.

Overall it was worth the money as I had got a superb deal on MMT.. The hotel is near the station which makes it quite an adorable place to stay in.. Don't know about food as we had ordered from outside the hotel..
