Nice and clean rooms. It was a very good stay. Location is also best for traveling person. It is near to surat railway station.

I was checked at mid night 2am , During check in time informed at receiptin that i need to check our at 6:45 to 7am, so kindly ready a Packed Break fast like banana /apple any fruit 1/2 piesce & Bread butter so i can eat any time , But that not done by Gentelman , Then even 6:30am i order Ready made Masala Tea but they are not provide told me you can used packed tea

Tea cup to be standardised, presently it is a glass. TV was not working and call 3/4 times to check, attended once, but not corrected. Food is good, non veg variety less

No breakfast available, water supply stopped in washroom,restaurant manager was to rude to guests, pathetic experience

Very bad hotel with no amenities . They don’t care about guests smelling bathroom no AC is not working half of the time. No hot water is coming from tab. Restaurant didn’t serve the breakfast in room

Hotel rooms are in very bad condition Towels and napkins are all yellow It’s very old property Floor very not clean

Our stay at Ginger Hotel was truly disappointing and far below expectations. Right from the moment we checked in, the experience was unpleasant — the room that we had booked and paid for in advance was not provided to us, and instead, we were given a much smaller, low-cost room without any proper explanation or apology. The attitude of the staff was indifferent and unhelpful, and they made no effort to resolve the issue or ensure our comfort. To make matters worse, the quality of food served at the hotel was extremely poor — it lacked freshness, taste, and presentation, clearly showing a lack of hygiene and care. Even the room service was delayed, and the overall cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired. What should have been a relaxing and comfortable stay turned out to be an unpleasant experience filled with frustration and disappointment. Ginger Hotel really needs to improve its management, service standards, and commitment to guest satisfaction, as the experience we had was not at all worth the money or reputation they claim to have.

The stay was really pleasant and that is good. I think it is a nice hotel to stay in Surat and I am always a Ginger fan. always live in whenever I travel so thanks it's really nice

One of the worst hotel in Surat. I would strictly recommend staying in an average lodge than this. Below are the pathetic experiences faced by me: 1. Empty containers with no food during breakfast. Waiters are sitting idle but does not refill the item. If asked to refill, they simply say 'Dont teach us our duties' 2. No hot water while bathing (lower than lukewarm). Asking to reception, they refused and says 'Itna hi garam paani milta hai' 3. Wi-Fi is not working properly in room. Speed 5-10 bytes per second. Upon asking, they says maintenance ka kaam chal raha hai. 4. AC's not working properly. You need to switch on fan even if AC temp in 17°C. Moreover, it makes are cringe voice whole night 5. If you order food at room, I bet they will deliver the food not less than 1 hour. If asked for delay, the waiter says ' lItna time to lagta hi hai sir'. 6. Congested rooms. If you are single and book a double(queen size) bed, they refuses to provide and allocate a twin bed room which is too small. Please do not visit this hotel. All the staff, housekeepers, and waiters don't make sense and it seems they don't care about customer satisfaction. Almost all of the reviews says that staff are very rude May be they don't bother about the customers. I will never ever visit this hotel and will never recommend anyone to stay in
