Review Of Ginger Surat, City Centre

One of the worst hotel in Surat. I would strictly recommend staying in an average lodge than this. Below are the pathetic experiences faced by me: 1. Empty containers with no food during breakfast. Waiters are sitting idle but does not refill the item. If asked to refill, they simply say 'Dont teach us our duties' 2. No hot water while bathing (lower than lukewarm). Asking to reception, they refused and says 'Itna hi garam paani milta hai' 3. Wi-Fi is not working properly in room. Speed 5-10 bytes per second. Upon asking, they says maintenance ka kaam chal raha hai. 4. AC's not working properly. You need to switch on fan even if AC temp in 17°C. Moreover, it makes are cringe voice whole night 5. If you order food at room, I bet they will deliver the food not less than 1 hour. If asked for delay, the waiter says ' lItna time to lagta hi hai sir'. 6. Congested rooms. If you are single and book a double(queen size) bed, they refuses to provide and allocate a twin bed room which is too small. Please do not visit this hotel. All the staff, housekeepers, and waiters don't make sense and it seems they don't care about customer satisfaction. Almost all of the reviews says that staff are very rude May be they don't bother about the customers. I will never ever visit this hotel and will never recommend anyone to stay in

No in room dining for plate call for manytime after dinner no clean the room receptionist sayd put out the plat of door no cleaning

tv not working cable connection is closed. in the room big piller is there and not ready to change the room

Bathroom Wash basin water tap was not working properly after giving a complaint. Also in Restaurant left over plates are not taken out from tables

The property is good and hygeine and the food is tasty. It also stays in prime location as city centre helps in easily accessible to bus station and railways.

Stay in Ginger is excellent. But menu option is less for Jain . Staff is very cooperative

Very disappointing stay. Rooms were in poor condition, AC was leaking water, and the whole place had a bad smell. Food quality was pathetic – I ordered chicken chilly, but they served baby corn chilly instead. Bathroom was small and stinking, chairs were broken and uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price.

We find the property location via Google Map and make my trip app. The Location of hotel is near to railway station and bus station give advantage to land and take off from your destination. The food quality in breakfasts is good and tasty. The properly is neat and clean and well maintenance’s. There are issue of mobile network service provider in some room due to congestion of near by property. Gym service and Wi-Fi service available. Overall expectation Ginger Surat is good.

It is good hotel exactly opposite to the Surat railway station, I usually prefer this hotel due it's location. This hotel is specially suitable for business or corporate travellers who are looking for good cozy budget stay...

We had a pleasant stay at the property. The location is excellent—close to Railway Station. The food with variety of options, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.
