Poor Stay
As the room says deluxe and city view but the room doesn't have a view of city in place of that a small window was there and the TV was normal not having smart features like screensharing and also the fridge was not good.

A good hotel at this tariff , nice room , well behaving staff , nice location at Dumas Road I rented a Deluxe Room which has a large bed , enough for a couple plus 10 yr child

cheap hotel and staf
3rd class hotel the staff at the reception is very cheap and facility at the hotel is very poor and dirty. the room is very small in budget category smelly room, dirty bed sheets, cheap staff. if you plan to visit surat please don't ever come to this hotel.
