You don't get what u see. I booked a family suite room with 400 sq ft space, mini fridge, balcony, etc etc I got a room with less than space, no balcony, no locker, a very small and stinking bathroom. no kettle etc etc. Breakfast was good and so were the staff. and manager.

Very good food. Hotel staff are cooperative and good behavior. While coming hotel staff are receiving and while do shopping from new bombay market that at entrance staff are receiving guest. This is sign of well trained staff. In future i will prefer to stat at this property.
