I recently stayed at this property, and while the location was decent, the overall experience was not very comfortable. The room provided was very small and located on the ground floor with large glass windows, making it easy for anyone outside to peek in. The same issue extended to the washroom as well, which raised serious privacy concerns. When we requested a room on an upper floor, the staff refused, stating that the type we booked only included ground-floor rooms. Additionally, our sleep was disturbed during the night as a car parked right outside had its lights on for some time, directly affecting our room. Overall, the stay did not feel private or relaxing, and I believe the property should address these issues for a better guest experience.

The manager was very rude and hotel service was extremely bad. Please try other options if possible

property was good, but the services were ok. Where we literally need to follow up with the reception regarding the food order. The day when we arrived, we ordered for dinner, 1st of all it was delayed, and 2nd the input that we had given at the reception counter regarding our dinner order that also they took it in correct. For the final check out the bill we got there was no clear indication about the charges so we had to check with the reception counter what are these charges for example if we ordered tea and that cost 20 rupees then they should mentioned that it was chaged for the tea on so and so date on this bill itself instead it was just mentioned as 40 rupees and we need check what is this 40 rupees for. otherwise rooms are good neat and clean and the location is quite convenient for accessibility it just those little extra attention which they have to consider. staff are friendly and cooperative as well.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The property was well-located. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout.

Excellent property for family stay

Location was good. Easy to reach most places in 15-30mins. Room was basic but clean. Seamless check in and checkout . Ordered sandwich and tea. Both were good.

Chair and desk not available in the room for desk work. Very Limited option for breakfast. There is no restaurant

Lack of negligence, not hygiene suffocating room open car parking but location are good room service are not good, saving kit not providing by hotel.

It was a good stay for the money charged. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. They provided me with the option for booking uber without charging anything extra. I required extra water bottle at night. They provided the same was good. Rooms were clean and neat and were made good.
