Terrible Stay
Bed and pillow were like dormitory. Also small and feeling suffocated. I was not able sleep whole night due to hard pillow. Paying good amount on this was worthless. Try some other hotels.

The rooms are very small , and could see few cracks on walls , bathroom was okay , the lift is as old as it could be ... very old and smellly .. the hotel should take care of the foul smell all over the rooms , the lift and other areas , and the building located is also bad , but food from the hotels was good and staffs were all good

cleanliness and customer service iss
room near and clean. the waiters need to be trained as they directly enter the room without ringing the bell. mainly after seeing the bathroom i was quite surprised the wash basin was at a corner of the bathroom being an EXECUTIVE ROOM was not expected. cleaning staff was absent, bed was not cleaned, towels were not changed, bathroom cleaning was not done, very very poor customer service.

They don’t give bottle water rather force to take water in jug,for occupant of room towels should be provided without asking.there location is great for anyone travels with train ,but needs to improve

Clean room but small
rooms were clean. Staff behaviour is good and quite old. Gautam Sarkar is a good staff from Bengal called me and helped me a lot.

Terrible Stay
Worst hotel, this property dosent has even parking, manager ask to park car in railway station parking, entrance is just 2 feet to enter inside hotel, hotel has given all rooms on lease to commercial shops, 100% waste of money
