Had overall a good experience at Treebo Surat

Liked the location. Away from hustle of main market but everything is still nearby and transport easily available. The free breakfast would be kinda of simple, they served us poha and thepla. Rest very cooperative staff.

No Food, pathetic breakfast, Air Conditioning was working in one room only. Charged more than full day rate for retaining room for 3 hours more and that to informing in advance. No Windows in any room. Only you tube in TV which also stops working every 45 minutes.

The rooms were comfortable. Toiletaries weren't available had to ask specifically for paste, brush, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Extremely inflexible with check-in/check-out timings. Charged 500 ruppes for 2 hours of extension, even when there is no booking afterward.
