The room I am allotted to has too many lighting issues mostly all electrical, they are fixing it for me but nothing changes to be really honest other than that everything is really great food, hospitality, room services

Azure room fifth floor
The hotel is near railway station and the rooms in hotel are amazing. I stayed in Azure room on 5th floor and it was raining outside. The round bed by the window gives an altogether different feel from the comfort of your bed. The room is also fitted with a jaccuzzi and they provide bath salts for a nice bubble bath. The buffet breakfast also had good options and were yummy.

Terrible Stay
people at reception aren't friendly ( especially the girl who is at reception on 12th june 2025. Cockroaches are there in the room. Not pleasant at all. Mineral water bottles haven't been provided.However, ro water was given but not good. AC doesn't in case no power.No supply of hot water. overall not good place

Had a wonderful stay at de glance very convenient location near railway station, nice staff and food quality is excellent. Price is also reasonable for the facilities provided by the hotel management

familyReally good hotel near to railway station. This is second time i have stayed here in last 3 years and nothing is changed, everything is beautiful, main reason for choosing this hotel second time was their amazon breakfast. Now they have buffet style breakfast and added more options and of course everything tastes amazing.
