    Staff & Service: From the moment of check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They were efficient and always willing to help, even accommodating a late check-out request with a smile. Their customer service was truly second to none.  Room: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was large and very comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including a water boiler and safe deposit box. The crisp linens and tasteful decor added to the overall comfort.  Amenities: The hotel provided free Wi-Fi throughout the premises, which was a great convenience. I particularly enjoyed the excellent audio and video system in my room.  Food & Dining: The breakfast and dinner buffet was a highlight, with a delicious and diverse selection of both hot and cold dishes. The food felt fresh and tasted great.   I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning on my next trip. It offered a pleasant stay at a great value.

    When a person is sleeping, the bellboy/guard comes in and knocks at 6am saying you have a guest leaving at lobby, when i was staying alone and upon calling reception i got to know it was a mistake the message was for guest in room 409, and they woke me up in error. Not good experience at all!

    check in was smooth. Room access was little challenging. They have not provided head shower for bath. Breakfast was good. The surprise was a TT facility which we enjoyed. Enough space for car parking. Overall good experience.

    Don't go by the name & photos!

    When we booked this for our stay in surat, the photos were good and fit our requirements of a 6 member family with kids and senior citizens. However, when we checked in, we were given some rooms in a separate old building behind the main hotel. The cringe & shady looking building was more of a lodge, which had a useless lift ! to access the lift, one had to climb some 10 steep steps. Again, every floor the lift stops there is another flight of steps you have to climb up or down before you reach your room. The restaurant too is on the 1st floor of new building and has about 15 steep & narrow steps which lead you to an oasis! the restaurant is good and has all interiors with typical pink vets branding (this was formally vits, before it canceled the contract few years ago. But these guys are using the same furnishings and branding) the steps were a big inconvenience to my senior citizen parents, who were made to take the arduous task of climbing. Luckily the staff were courteous and provided meals into their rooms. The food was awesome and tasty. The restaurant buffet breakfast was good too. For the price, it is value for money. But these rooms are good if you are on a budget and solo or group of friends who just want to relax at a night stopover enroute your journey. Rooms have zero views, fridge bar wasn't working, no tea coffee kettle nor water bottles as standard in rooms. They provide filtered water in storage dispensers. Rooms have manual locks, washrooms are clean but do not have exhaust. All beds are single beds. Towels were clean but worn out. Hot water facility available. Washbasin is weirdly inside the room not the toilet! ac remotes were useless. Ac stopped 3 times in the night and had to be physically switched on. So if you are a family, do not book standard rooms. If you have senior citizens, avoid this hotel. Not wheelchair friendly.

    It's a nice value for money budget hotel. Behaviour of the staff and food are very nice in this hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene of the room and bathroom are well maintained. Staff both from restaurant and housekeeping are very good and responsive and attend to the requirements quickly when called. Good part is also that the acs work fine and temperature can be adjusted precisely as per the occupants's requirements. All in all the hotel fulfills all the basic requirements for a comfortable stay.
