Terrible Stay

Not good behavior for staff and not proper cleaning proper services not available no pick up luggage for staff and not given shampoo towel and etc so bad service for this hotel.

The stay at Surat was good

The location of the Hotel was good. It was near the Station. I did not take the food from the Hotel. Services were great. The room was clean and the staff was well behaved.
