Worst Experience
Absolutely the WORST Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! I have never experienced such pathetic hospitality in my life. Hotel Ostria in Surat is a complete disaster when it comes to service. The staff is extremely rude, arrogant, and has no sense of customer service whatsoever. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they behave like they're doing us a favour just for checking in. They were unprofessional, and shockingly disrespectful. On top of that, they overcharged for basic services without any explanation or breakdown. Every time I raised a concern, the response was aggressive and unapologetic. The rooms were not clean, basic amenities were missing, and when I asked for assistance, the staff acted annoyed and dismissive. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone—not even for a short stay. If you value your time, money, and dignity, STAY AWAY from Hotel Ostria. The management clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction at all.

Hi harsh, sorry for the same, i have checked all details from the reception, first point that you booked one person room and you came with your faience, second point that you came early morning6.30am which is early check in time , officially check in time is 11:00 am . so unmarried couple is not allowed in our hotel, and early check in charges is applicable, so request to you before book the room you should know the rules and regulation of the hotel and after booking you should know what you booked the same. thank you

had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ostria, located conveniently near Surat Railway Station. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a comfortable stay. Good Valuable Place In a Budge
Nice place if you are coming for a business purpose, The main market is nearby to the hotel. The room was neat and clean, room service was very good, no choice in breakfast but I really appreciate that the taste of the food is yummy, although I just tried tea and aloo parantha. You might have issues with parking as the property is located in a commercial building and by the first look you may doubt for the quality of the hotel but trust me after visiting the reception and room you will be happy that the property is excellent and recommended to stay. I was satisfied with the service they provided especially bhiya from prayagraj I forget his name was very helpful. Thanks

Everything is up to the mark, very peaceful l and relaxing place. You can have privacy, and that is very good about the behavier off staff members, breakfast is good also, but can be more healthy, oterwise cool hotel

Good Stay
Stay was good. Good staff & had a good breakfast also. The room was not the same as shown in the photo while booking the hotel. but room was big in terms of size. washroom also neat & cleaned.

businessAmazing experience. The size of the rooms is extra large. I have not seen such a size of room in 5* hotel too. Little old building from outside. But rooms were renovated and maintained well.

Average Stay
Staff was friendly. The rooms of this hotel are located on 5 and 6 th floor of a very old run down building. I wouldn't recommend to stay here for single women. Way to hotel

Nice stay nearby market
This hotel is near by market along with other three hotels in one building. However the service and rooms are well maintained. I booked deluxe room and it was clean and nice with working facilities. Overall good experience.
