Review Of Hotel King's Heritage

Had a lovely experience staying at kings heritage. Staff behaviour was very nice. service was fast and responsive. Cleanliness was top notch. I'd recommend this hotel..👍🏻

The hotel was a prime location, and ambions are so well, the rooms are cleaned and staff are well coperative All the way it's best

A room booked for two single bed hotel staff gave one king size bed very bad service. we reached around 4 am but staff are not supported

Property is nice, clean & good built including the food but managing the business is very very poor. In my stay of 12-15 hrs, stayed in THREE rooms. Initially lower grade room was allotted than my booking. After unpacking gave 2nd room. Within 2 hrs leaking water of AC has filled in room, again shifted to 3rd room. Where again TV didn’t start after a struggle of 30-40 mins. Bed sheet in room 104 was a torn sheet

No hot water in hotel .. after complainting they gave water in bucket. I had to checkout early. But you guys didnt get refund. Worst hotel and service

It is good for budget travellers. Very accessible from main road within the heart of the city. Nice lobby, bedroom however restaurant could have been better.

Hotel is easy to locate and situated in the heart of the city. Hotel maintenance is very nice, hygienic, and comfortable stay. Friendly environment and staff.

This was my first time in Kings and my experience was very good. Staff is very cooperative and cordial. Food is good. Property is old but we'll maintained. The location is perfect for families and for those who are in surat for business since the place is in the heart of the textile hub and many major markets are close by. I highly recommend this hotel.

it Seems everything was good but the Hotel receptionist was not that supportive as it sud be .I think they were not happy with rates in wt I hv booked.

Room cleanliness 5/5 Food 5/5 But your first point of contact us is reception which is worst they are not responding at all making their face terrible so they will ruin your mind in the very beginning so not recommended
