Overall rooms were very dirty. AC was making lot of noise, geyser was not working, shower was broken.

Worst facility..there is no cleanness in my room and no towel available no soap..

So the staff is downright terrible, the washroom was not cleaned properly it had spots on the cover, seat and stuff. The bedsheet had spots everywhere. When we asked for a kettle water heater it had spider webs in it. Also Booked the room for 3 people but when we said the bed can't accommodate 3 people here they said we'll send the bedsheet but you have to pay

There was no food facility and even our booking for paid morning snack was cancelled at eleventh hour, placing us in to difficulties at the age of +80 for all travellers. Locality is good. so far as amenities are concerned they were comfortable and praiseworthy. The services provided in rooms and reception were very poor.

Room No 201 door lock with key was not working at all.

It was very worst , very durty, no room service, staff is rude,washroom is very durty and linkages every tap in bathroom, no hot water

Never come here again. no hospitality, for basic amenities like towels, soaps have to call and wait. room was also stingy,have to keep AC compulsory, difference between no breakfast and they have given four slice of bread butter with tea in the name of breakfast for two person. will never recommend for stay

It clearly says that my stay includes breakfast but at property they charged me saying its not included.

Good Place to stay and sleep. AC remote was odd, not functioning well. Bathroom corners were not clean. TV Channels not working. Staff response is not professional.

Hotel is completely shut down. It’s very dirty and unhygienic place to stay in. Broken property. AC leaks, wets mattresses. Bed linen very dirty, never washed. Washrooms are totally hell. Cigarettes smell, potty smell. Cockroaches everywhere. Kitchen is so dirty that you can’t stay a minute. Owner very rude and didn’t refund my money on immediate cancellation.

Hotel n location was good but service was poor nothing

Firstly the name of the property does not match with the site name.The check in experience was pathetic. Initially the reception denied any booking and asked me to cancel it.Later showed me a room having 2 single beds. Finally after much follow up for a room with a single bed. The room quality was bad. The swimming pool is closed every Monday which is not mentioned on your site. Also there were separate charges for use of the swimming pool hence did not use it. Services were not good. Finally although checkout was 12 pm they asked me to check out by 11 am since they said our check out is 11am.
