The staff is very helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast options could be increased. Overall all good.

Location, services, and amenities are worse. They had close the breakfast before 9:30 without information. This kind of service is very pathetic.

Location was not good had full of water logged in front of main entrance room and food quality was not value for money

Property location is very outs-cart in village, but near to hazira. I have not order food. Amenities are okay and service is very poor.

The property is located in no man's land area. Actually this property is kind of apartment and one portion of this is converted into a hotel. Rooms are in pathetic condition.

Got reference from the friend and also found in make my trip, visited and check the surrounding environment and rooms, find very good. Also food quality is excellent and service also good thanks a lot

No amenities in room, poor AC, Sharp doors and knobs to hurt, no occupancy, too remote, no ola uber, overall very poor experience

Stay was great though i used the hotel only 3 hrs in a day to freshen up and have my breakfast i would be coming in at odd hours but never had a problem staff was very co-operative including the housekeeping department, on the whole seems very good even the front office was excellent.

The hotel is in outer, complete hotel was smelling bad including room, there was ni cleanness or hygiene at all, in breakfast there was only pratha sabzi and tea, ac was making noise badly, there was no propper service set up also the same guy who did check in was doing service.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at hotel casa riva. What was supposed to be a pleasant family vacation turned into a disappointing experience, and i feel compelled to share the issues i encountered. I booked a 3-night stay with my family, primarily attracted by the beautiful play area garden and swimming pool shown in the images. However, upon arrival, i was informed that both the play area and the pool had been non-operational for years. These images not only wasted my time but also ruined our vacation plans. The room allotted to us was extremely small, with barely enough space to accommodate our luggage. Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited and did not meet our expectations for the price we paid. Given the poor conditions, i requested an early checkout on the morning of the second day. Unfortunately, the hotel management refused to refund the remaining two nights, despite our dissatisfaction. We ultimately checked out on the second night due to the unbearable conditions. This entire experience was far from value for money. I am requesting a refund for the two unused nights as compensation for the disappointing stay and the inconvenience it caused my family. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Closed play area since years

Remote location difficult to access and from property getting taxi to airport is very cumbersome. They offer taxi at double price by looting people
