Pathetic reception & room service, best at being unhygienic. Mucky, stained room with filthy smell all over. No basic amenities in the room. Shower tap was tight & choked. I paid per night for this disgusting experience. Gracefully i was there for a night & only to sleep.

I had booked a bus with a scheduled boarding time of 9:50 AM. However, I was made to wait until 2:30 PM before boarding. Even then, the bus had issues and we were left waiting in Pune for another 2 hours due to vehicle problems. Despite all this, the bus was not cancelled when requested. The journey finally resumed around 4:30 PM, but once again there were vehicle problems later in the night. We had to wait another 2 hours, and the bus left only around 11:30 PM. This caused serious inconvenience, and I couldn’t reach my destination on time despite having an emergency. In total, the bus was delayed by over 12 hours. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Please ensure better service and accountability in the future. Highly disappointed with this experience.
