HOTEL BLUE ORCHID

I was in a need for wifi although wifi is there but staff does not provide password when asked and AC was there but with non working condition and there is no flush in bathroom

worst hotel worst management hygiene 0% I lock my room and go to movie when I came I saw my rooms door was open they didn't able to provide mineral water they just provide normal water they refilled the water bottle with normal water blanket also dirty overall terrible experience

No generator facility..loadshedding for 1 hr without power backup. There are no restaurants nearby and no inhouse facility for even tea. i reached at 10 AM and checkin was at 11 AM, the staff asked for Rs 500 extra for early checkin even though 90% rooms were vacant. The hotel is on the 4th floor within the shopping complex, which closes by 9 PM, after that you cannot find a single person outside. Third Class...Room and No Service...Strictly Avoid if you have family ..Very Bad Behaviour....Not suitable in any condition..

The room was average. The bathroom was not so clean. The bedshet was clean but very old is turned. No facility for Tea and food. But there are few tea points nearby

staff was so rude and room also not cleaned, pillow and blanket was dirty, washroom was not cleaned and room service was so bad, mosquito inside room everywhere in room,

At the 2a. M. Electric discharge, it continued up to 5a. M. It is very horrible that there was not any dg connection and at night we are sitting with the feeling hot. One more thing staff behaviour is very bad.

The staff of the hotel is pathetic and careless people busy talking on call and worst room condition on the name of ac it is just a ac box no clean towels this hotel and broken taps i have my worst experience in this hotel stay

Wardrobes or any other furniture were not there in room. Ac was not cooling the room. Staff were not at all supportive.

1 this is not the hotel it's a shopping centre. There is no food available at the hotel. So any guest steps out to have dinner and arrives at the hotel after 10pm you won't be able to park the car inside the premises, i had to park it on the road side. Ac was not working at all. I had to literally prove to the staff that ac is not working. They don't care whatsoever. Ni called mmt after which they changed the room which was almost the same. This is not the place for family at all. There were too many mosquitoes in the room. Also, the geyser was not working. I was traveling with a 3 year old kid. This was really the worst experience i had. I guess this was my last booking with mmt.
