Room is not clean and too much mosquitos are there. Washroom’s door broken, and too much noise coming from window.

The star was average. There were cockroaches in the room.

Property is not clean. Lots of garbage at stairs. Just outside the hotel entrance. The staff is ok.

Clean room, friendly staff good service

Very good and decent rooms. Staff is very cooperative. Location is also very good. Basic things like medical shops, general store, food court available. And at very affordable rates. Hope to come back soon.

I was at the main entrance of the hotel and they didnt let me in. I didnt called the manager who’s no was provided by the mmt. I told him to open the gate and all of sudden instead of listening to me. He cut the call and turn his phone off.

The hotel is at 2nd floor of the market ie. Aagam shopping world market, vesu, surat. It was indeed a comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean. The bathroom was fine. There was a tv, ac and one sofa in the room. There was just a cupboard missing in the room and one mirror in the bathroom. No expectation for a refrigerator as rent in the room is cheap. I stayed @rs. 800 approx including gst per day. Most importantly, the behaviour of the staff is very good and they were very helpful too. The only problem i had was that there was no water in the bathroom sometimes and it happened 2 - 3 times during my 3 days stay over there. And the water was salty too. You can easily find a taxi, auto there. There is a small restaurant to eat. But a little away from the main market area. So i rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
