Terrible place to live will not suggest to go there stafff was so disrespectful room was not clean even bed was so bad...... will not suggest anyone to stay there

No proper cleaning, No bath towels. Staff was not available and Not responding. Bathroom was smelly. A Dharmshalla would best choice than that hotel. Terrible experience i had. Will not recommend to anyone. Not even my enemy.

Foul smell, No lock for Doors, No proper response from the hotel person, heater no working, Bed cover not good. Horrible stay.

Children were entertained and we parents could finally relax. The hotel atmosphere was calm and peaceful for everyone.

Imagine long travelling with family and on reaching Hotel, they denied the check in when advance payment was already done to make my trip. This was a very well known scam in OYO hotels but now started in MMT hotels too. No proper address of property and no contact number of property was given. mentioned number was of corporate office only which asked for PNR number which was nowhere written so one can't confirm with property before reaching because they don't want to. Property owner wants that you reach at property and after round of useless calls to MMT and discussion with different "dedicated teams" you fed up and forced to make another payment to property to stay because of long journey. Never pay advance to these fraudsters because MMT will start getting involved after 2-3 hrs of incident may be at 12 in night to show how concern they are about your problem. Even refund is not guaranteed because MMT will VALIDATE first and don't want to interact with property owner when we request MMT for same. MMT is becoming like OYO now.

Rooms are nice but cleanness is not good. Dust is everywhere in room. And washroom is avg in cleaniness

I didn't even stay there, i had just gone into room checked the condition and i went away it was very dirty totally waste of money. Please ensure that what customers see in the property photos that only get otherwise its totally different what you see in the property images.

First of all the location was not good and the room was very bad. The bedsheet and blanket was very dirty and the washroom was also not clean. Overall not a good stat.

Washrooms were not clean very very dirty no proper facilities would not suggest with family specially wen u have kids.

The room was not clean. Lot of hair on the floor. Washroom corner was completely fill with spider webs and at night there were many cockroaches in washroom that came inside the room
