Room was clean, Comfortable, Budget friendly also. Overall good experience it was.

Location was good and belong to outskirts of surat city , near by many residential housing projects. Hotel was situated 8n 3rd floor of comercial space buillding.There were svereral other shops in the the same complex. Underground Parking approach road space may not be sufficient for big SUVs. Rest staff behaviour and hotel amenties were good. Near by eateries available for good breakfast.

The day was good, and it was in the middle of the city, so things are accessible easily The property was a little tight small, but it's it's manageable. We can have more facilities like others. I think it's good for the short stay.

Rooms were okay but washroom not up to the standard, TV not working, broken switch board and cupboard door was broken.

It was a very comfortable stay. The staff was very kind and co-operative. They take care of each and everything. Although it is a small hotel situated in a Shopping complex building. The rooms were neat and clean.
