The World Surat

I recently had a very pleasant stay at The World by Royal Orchid in Surat, which I booked through MakeMyTrip. The The World Surat is situated in the Magob area, a moderately busy locality that's approximately a 25-minute drive from the railway station during peak traffic hours. One of the immediate positives was the ample and well-maintained parking area. Upon arrival, the reception staff proved to be exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room itself was excellent, well-appointed and comfortable, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. While the rates are a little on the higher side, I must say that the service and the overall ambiance of the The World Surat are truly outstanding and well worth it. The restaurant and kitchen, conveniently located on the ground floor, offered an excellent culinary experience. The taste of the food was superb, and the service in the restaurant was equally commendable. What I particularly appreciated was the overall elegance of the The World Surat. It exudes a sense of sophistication and comfort that truly enhanced my stay. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Anand Mishra. I was in continuous communication with him regarding a discount, and while he wasn't able to accommodate my request, I was nonetheless compelled to book the property due to the impressive humbleness, support, and clarity he provided about the The World Surat. His professionalism and helpfulness were significant factors in my decision. Based on this experience, I have decided that The World by Royal Orchid will be my preferred choice of accommodation whenever I visit Surat in the future. I highly recommend this The World Surat for its excellent service, elegant ambiance, and dedicated staff.

It has been an excellent stay. All departments - Housekeeping, F&B, Amenities etc have been very efficient and responsive. It’s a very well maintained property. Staff is very courteous. I would definitely recommend it to my acquaintances.

The rooms were not upto the mark, although the The World Surat is newly built and looks good, the restaurant food is good but they do not serve nonveg food so maybe difficult for expats. the The World Surat is out of the city though

World is a excellent place for business stays, it has great locations, luxurious rooms, great restaurants and very nice hospitality. Room with nice view were offered to us and we had a pleasant stay
