we are happy to stay in this properties and it was nice response from all staff member. Also, food was excellent and location of the property also good as it is out of city and no any traffic issue. Property food was average and over priced. The hotel didn't provide all basic accessories. The hotel charged non mandatory service charges in food bills plus they were not giving a pre agreed discount on the lunch bill.

Good Stay
We were three of us and we experienced pleasant stay. We booked king suite and it has sufficient space to accommodate, two toilets were very convenient. There were plenty of options in breakfast buffet. We tried the Bengali food festival buffet as well. There was huge spread of variety of Bangali dishes all vegetarian. One thing the hotel can improve on is coffee. Neither the normal coffee nor the cappuccino was up to the mark. Overall from my side - stay was hygienic, comfortable, staff was polite, options to engage kids of all ages.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is well placed inside the city with all required placed nearby. The staffs are very helpful and attend to all your queries. The Resturant is really good with many food option. There is a gaming zone for kids. There is a Indore play area with games like chess. Carom boards, billiards, etc. the parking facility is good. I stayed there with my family during a trip to Surat, and it was a very good experience. I will recommend it to others.

Magnificent Stay.
The reception staff and manager were really friendly and it was hassle free check in and check out. I had a great experience with the management and their hospitality. It is one of the best hotels of the Surat.
