Very classy. Great value for money. Good veg food. There is a game zone for kids. Also, indoor games like carom, chess, pool, TT.

Excellent stay, New property, spacious rooms, co-operative and attentive staff, breakfast buffet is good with lots of options and and good food

One of the best and luxurious property , must visit ..with good amenities , play centres for kids , gym , pool etc...

The world Surat hotel is only 1 year old property and not yet rated. it could be 4 or 5 star property. Hotel is located in little outskirt, the location yet to develop fully and lots of construction is going on. The property has 11 floors but operational till 6th floor only. Still some construction is going on. The lobby was huge and beautiful. I booked suite room which was very good. I booked n checked the hotel in the late night around 10.30 pmwith my family, ideally hotel should have extended my stay by 7 hrs since I checked in late. comfortable stay. I liked their water bottle, was very beautiful amd cute. Quick service. Polite and helpful staff. Although, we did not book meal but their breakfast menu was looking delicious and had sufficient cuisine. swiming pool area is not that good, ideally swiming pool floor is blue, this hotel has green flooring in the pool which gives poor look. They have kids pool area also. One thing I want to mention that swimming pool yellow drainage part near kids pool area was broken. one of the guest's child got hurt and my child slipped. Management should maintain the property else people will start disliking it. Overall it was a good stay.

Cordial staff and a good spread of food. Dedicated on the theme of Narendra Modi. You might find a couple of references here and there. The rooms are mainly suites. Clean and well kept.

Hotel rooms were clean and well maintained, food was good and we had an opportunity to explore their Himachali dham which was a good experience. Kids enjoyed the pool and had a fantastic stay

We had an excellent stay at Regenta, Surat. The room was actually a studio flat, very spacious with top class facilities. We were even upgraded by the hotel reception with complementary dinner( vegetarian only).

The Hotel is a wonderful structure and the location is also well positioned with beautiful residential high rises that give it a nice city view beautiful at day and more beautiful even at night the food taste rich and gives off the vibe of a 5 star

we are happy to stay in this properties and it was nice response from all staff member. Also, food was excellent and location of the property also good as it is out of city and no any traffic issue. Facilities of property it was nice. We never expect such big room and service by hotel. We again stay in same property in our next visit😊

Property food was average and over priced. The hotel didn't provide all basic accessories. The hotel charged non mandatory service charges in food bills plus they were not giving a pre agreed discount on the lunch bill.
