Review Of Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre

Although room size was good, the bathroom fittings, especially the hand shower's pipe was coming off...food( buffet) , was expensive but not as good as it's price. I would rate it as an average hotel when it comes to luxury and hospitality.

welcome at reception was awful, they treat guest as beggars like we are begging for rooms, even after prepayment. receptionist don't even bother to say sorry or inconvenience. worst experience. if I can review in minus it will be -10

Was good stay and nice place to stay in Surat city near railway station

Sayaji is a Good and clean hotel situated in middle of the Vadodara city . Breakfast is also good .

location opposite railway station, rooms very nice, excellent staff behaviour but location is very crowded

We had a pleasant stay overall, but there are a few points that require attention: Early Check-in Facility – Greater flexibility in providing early check-in would significantly enhance the guest experience. Dinner Buffet Menu Clarity – The menu options were more limited than expected. An additional dish (outside the spread) was later offered, but this should have been clearly communicated in advance. Furthermore, considering it was a non-vegetarian buffet, the absence of non-veg pizza and pasta was disappointing

Hilton garden is a very Average hotel with basic amenities & no way it is a 5 star even after booking for 3 nights they did not give me early check inn even after request in had to wait in lobby for 3 1/2 hrs

The stay was fine. The property is new, the room was clean for the most part except for the toilet seat. The breakfast buffet was good, the staff there were alert and kind, the spread was satisfying. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of a market .

When we entered in to hotel they served expired bisleri water and they don’t allow liquor in the hotel even if we are belong to Maharashtra

Stay was good . Food was salty . It might be my palette but generally it was salty . Location was crowded . But still fine . I had asked for water thrice in a day which someone how they missed to serve . I did ring up the dining service to remind them and personal informed the room attending boys still there was no response . Thankfully I had extra bottle Of water from outside with which I could manage . Overall Hilton was good . Just they need to take care of the services they will be providing for the guest

Brush In the Room is not soft, Room clean what i get in mumbai 5 star hotel is that good as i expect them to clean the room when i am not there in the room day 1 when i check in that they in the 2nd half the room was not cleaned. Rest the room and hotel is good but the breakfast spread is very less.

Property located close to Surat Railway station, very hygenic and comfortable rooms. Food quality is very good especially the buffet.Overall a pleasant stay experience.

This place was very new! The stay was amazing. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location was in the centre of the city. Good parking space as well. Trying Chocolate pastry which was really good! Overall amazing stay!
