I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Marriott. The hospitality and service were truly impressive. A special mention to CHANDAN and SAI, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out. A short distance from Airport
Located 15 min from the airport, A stylish building with comfortable rooms. Food was average. Service is good.

familyfirst the property is located in the outskirts area. secondly it's ill equipped with competitive Staff. third there were cockroaches in the rooms and a lot of mosquito menace in rooms as well as restaurant. breakfast is not up to the mark. washroom needs to be maintained properly especially blinds in shower Area. not worth of money and reputation of Marriott brand

Service at hotels were not good.staff was not cooperative. Without my permission staff accessed to our room when I was inside the room and forcing me for checkout.

Few options in breakfast as compare to pune courtyard marriott two beds are join in king-size bed swimming pool timing is still 6 pm only towels are very thin u requested for simple dalkhichadi for my kid of 3 years old, which should be complimentary according to 5 star hotel rules but they charged me rs 590 for the same

Ac controller was difficult to understand even the staff was unable to do that and i also asked for king size bed in advance at that time they said yes but during checkin they allotted us queen size bed only.
