I had high expectations based on the photos and description, but my experience at Hotel Vetro Inn was far from pleasant. First off, the rooms were extremely small and cramped — nothing like . Despite requesting an upgraded room, we were given a basic one with no explanation or effort to accommodate our request. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. We actually found cockroaches in the room, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer comfort and quality. This made the entire stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The lack of cleanliness, poor room conditions, and unhelpful service were a major letdown. Definitely not worth the money.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money I stayed at Hotel Vitro Inn expecting a decent experience, but it was far from satisfying. The rooms were extremely small and felt very cramped, with no sign of any recent upgrades. The overall condition of the room was quite poor for the price being charged. To make matters worse, I even saw a few cockroaches during my stay, which was extremely off-putting and raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Definitely not worth the money—I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Nice stay & good experience at this hotel. Dinner as well as breakfast was delicious. Service is great and staff are also humble and polite.

terrible experience at , surat my recent stay at in surat was an absolute disaster, and i strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. from the appalling service to the subpar food, this establishment fails on nearly every front. the most shocking aspect of our stay was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff, particularly the service manager and restaurant manager, nagendra. despite having booked our stay including meals, we were repeatedly treated as if we were trying to dine without paying. nagendra even had the audacity to demand payment for our dinner, completely disregarding our pre-paid reservation. this wasn't a one-off incident; the staff consistently acted as though we were a burden, making us feel incredibly unwelcome. the dining experience was equally dreadful. on one occasion, the buffet was not ready when we arrived for dinner. when we opted to order from the menu, we were informed that the pre-paid meals were "not prepared right now," and we were forced to wait an excessive amount of time for our food. the restaurant manager then had the nerve to complain that we were taking too long to eat, claiming we'd been at the table for 1.5 hours – a blatant exaggeration. even the basic amenities were lacking. we had to repeatedly request essential items like toothbrushes, oil, and tissues, which should have been provided in the room. it felt like we were staying at a budget motel, not a reputable hotel. the hotel manager -sachin dismissive attitude only compounded our frustration. rather than addressing our concerns, they simply stated that they could change our booking, implying that we were somehow at fault for their poor service. the food quality was also disappointing. it was bland, uninspired, and certainly not worth the price we paid. in short, my experience at was nothing short of a nightmare. the combination of rude staff, poor service, and mediocre food makes this hotel a place to avoid at all costs. do yourself a favor and book your stay elsewhere. you'll thank me for it.. such a worst activity will give the same review in google and hotel page also. we are not getting any response for my query

It is on a reachable distance from udhna junction and it's opposite main surat railway station. Pleasant staff & wholesome breakfast. In the economy rooms, non slippery bathroom tiles are required. Rest nothing to add on. I would recommend this place to family & working professionals.

The room was spacious but the door was not locking swiftly. The wood was old and expanded due to damp weather. Towels were not clean the bed backrest has pen marks the bedsheet was unclean and bed was making cracking sounds bathroom tub had towel rack placed at a dangerous location - it was nearly going to hit my eye. No hand towel. The cupboard was damaged from the back due to seepag. We just barely managed to put a blind eye and left. It was awful experience

Hotels room are very clean and staff are also cooperative.

They give me room on fifth floor but their elevator goes up to only fourth floor so i took my luggage my self and go by stairs in room there is no phone to call for any service no tea cattle in the room they give one normal water bottle no package bottle so i don’t recommend this hote to any one

It was a nice hotel, room was too much neat and clean. Food was awesome. Ambience was very good. Must stay there during my next visit to surat.
