The property may be old, but it is very clean and well maintained. Convenient walking distance from the railway station. Standalone hotel that feels safe and secure during the stay. In-house restaurant with excellent breakfast. Poha โ โญโญโญโญโญ (5/5) Paratha โ โญโญโญโญ (4/5) Good value for money considering the location and surroundings. One point for improvement: room availability facility should be better managed given the pricing. If you are near Surat railway station, this hotel is definitely the No. 1 choice.

Friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, memorable stay

We stayed here for three days and we were fully satisfied with the service. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They even helped us with our luggage as we have so many bags with us and dropped us to the station and waited for our train to arrive. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and very delicious. Also regular food was amazing. I stayed in many hotels but never experienced such wonderful hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Thank you bellevue for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

businessStay was above average as rooms were bigger and there was a balcony attached to the room to sit outside. Breakfast was very good with lot of options. Located walkable to railway station. Only concern was sensor lights in washroom which gets turned off all of sudden very frequently.

soloI like the a shabby chic and clean room. Not so bige, but it is just the right size for solo tourist. Food quality is very good - It is one of the best 3 in Surat. Negative points are ; 1. Even though there were two electric power outlets at the bedside, neither was energized. It was inconvenient because there was only one outlet next to the TV to charge mobile phones. Please make availability the bedside outlet. 2. In case pressing one master switch, the whole room goes black. I want the nightlight to be on. Overall, I felt that the electrical system construction was not well designed. I want you to improve.
